GRIDASIA traces its roots back to 2010, when four young architects—each earning a spot in the Top Ten of that year’s Architecture Licensure Examination—founded 1237 Gridline Inc. The company’s name, 1237, was inspired by their exceptional achievement and shared passion for design excellence.

Over the years, 1237 Gridline Inc. evolved, expanding its expertise into project management and construction services. However, the founders’ core dedication to architecture and design remained strong. Recognizing the need to focus solely on creative and design-driven pursuits, they established a new entity—GridAsia.

GRIDASIA was born out of a desire to create a company that puts architectural innovation and interior design at the forefront. Today, we continue that mission, delivering thoughtful, context-driven design solutions that reflect the vision of our clients and the integrity of our craft.
